W. Bradley Crowther Consultants, LLC, established in 1987, specializes in services for not-for-profit and government organizations. These services include program evaluation, group facilitation, strategic planning, research studies, needs assessment, preparation of policy and procedure manuals, grant research, and grant writing. The firm relocated to Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina from Rhode Island during the summer of 2004. Prior to establishing Crowther Consultants, Mr. Crowther was executive director of Rhode Island’s state criminal justice planning agency. In that position, which is governor-appointed, Mr. Crowther administered a variety of federal and state criminal and juvenile justice grant programs and engaged in criminal and juvenile justice research and policy development.
